This Privacy Policy describes how Kravo Intelligence System ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our mobile application and services. We are committed to protecting your health identity and ensuring transparency in our automated health co-pilot ecosystems.

02. INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE & COLLECTION

2.1 Information You Directly Provide:

  • Biological Signal Logs: Direct inputs including food intake (text, voice, or image logs in multiple languages like Hindi), physical activity metrics, sleep cycles, and daily vital signals.
  • Biometric Data: Static physical metrics such as weight, height, age, and general health condition.
  • Clinical Reports: We allow users to upload PDF/image artifacts of lipid profiles, lung function reports, glucose trends, and other diagnostic documentation for system synthesis.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data:

We utilize standard telemetry to capture device identifiers, OS versions, IP addresses (anonymized), and application performance metrics to maintain system stability and optimize neural processing speeds.

03. NEURAL SYNTHESIS & AI PROCESSING

Our backend utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to perform the following operations:

  • Nutrition Reconstruction: Translating regional linguistic food descriptions into structured nutritional datasets (Calories, Macros, Micros).
  • Trend Identification: Analyzing history for specific metabolic markers like sugar consumption and high-cholesterol intake patterns.
  • Insight Generation: Creating health alerts based on synthesized vital data and clinical report history.

Note: We utilize enterprise-tier AI sub-processors where data is NOT utilized for training foundational models. Your health artifacts remain isolated.

04. INFORMATION SHARING & DISCLOSURES

We do not sell your personal health data to third-party advertisers. We share information only with: (a) AI sub-processors necessary for nutrition/insight generation under strict confidentiality; (b) cloud infrastructure providers for encrypted storage; and (c) legal authorities if required by valid legal process or to prevent immediate physical harm.

05. DATA SECURITY & ENCRYPTION

Kravo employs AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. We maintain rigorous access controls and conduct regular security audits of our automated ingestion pipelines.

06. RETENTION & DELETION

We retain your health artifacts for as long as your account is active. You may execute the "Erase Identity" command in-app to permanently purge your profile, logs, and clinical reports from our active databases within 72 hours.

07. GLOBAL USER RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of your data. We honor these principles globally for all Kravo users regardless of regional mandates.

08. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

As Kravo's intelligence evolves, our data practices may shift. We will notify you of material changes via in-app alerts prior to the update taking effect.
